Soud F Choudhury is a PhD student at Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, University of Connecticut. He is currently working on the mechanical reliability of solder interconnects in microelectronic packages. He is an active member of Mechanics, Materials & Manufacturing lab (MMM Lab) lead by his mentor, Dr. Leila Ladani. Prior to UConn, Soud has received his Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) which is the best engineering institution in Bangladesh.
